Zangze Group AG understands the protection of its data related to individuals in very serious manner. The following statements provide information on how to use data and how to provide data protection.
The scope of this statement is taking, processing, and use (“ use ”) of personal data (“data”) that are overtaken by us, Zangze Group AG (“ZANGZE”) when you use our offers under URL www.zangze.com ("Services").
Responsible legal entuty in terms of Data Protection Act is ZANGZE.

For the use of data, currently valid legal provisions, especially Data Protection Act, are effective. If data are used for a purpose, which, according to these provisions, requires user consent, ZANGZE shall always ask for explicit consent. Once given consent may be revoked, and/or future data application may be prohibited.
ZANGZE takes data when a user opens user name with ZANGZE (“User Name”), and/or when services are visited or used:
- For the opening of user name, obligatory data are required, which are necessary for contractual relation i.e. service realisation.
- when services are visited or used, ZANGZE downloads and automatically memorises technical information obtained through search engine. This is specifically related to user´s computer IP address, as well as to the data that the ZANGZE has located on cookies (see paragraph “Cookies”) and the pages visited by user.
ZANGZE uses overtaken data regarding four basic purposes, where not all data are used for all purposes:
- Data in user application form in terms of a person and address (basic data) are used for the establishment and management of user relation
- Data regarding the use of individual services (data on use) are applied for technical processes and possibly for service calculation. Besides, it may occur that data on the use of various services are gathered for the purpose of calculation.
- Besides, so-called user profile shall be applied under a pseudonym (that may not be related to data on user application form) for market research and service improvement unless this is specifically forbidden by a user.
- Only with explicit consent (see paragraph “Use Is not in Compliance”) user data shall be applied for ZANGZE contents arrangement, including advertising offers, with personal user interests and/or in order for user to be informed on special offers or new products.
ZANGZE transfers personal data of user to third parties (including the companies of ZANGZE group), and exclusively only when:
- User agrees with the transfer (see paragraph (“Use Is not in C ompliance ”) or
- transfer is necessary for service realisation or calculation.
Criminal prosecution authorities or courts require information with the aim of criminal prosecution in accordance with valid laws.
Unless data are needed for above purposes, including calculation, they are deleted. With any data deletion, they are first blocked, and then, after particular time, they are eventually deleted to prevent from accidental deletion or possible intended damage. Due to technical reasons, it is possible to copy data in databases for data provision and service copy. These copies are also eventually deleted only after particular time period, which is technically conditioned.
Cookies are databases saved on user hard disk, which serve for navigation facilitation. They prevent from reentering all necessary data during each use. The cookies facilitate ZANGZE service use. Cookies saving on hard disk may be avoided by choosing option “do not accept cookies” when search engine is adjusted. Unless cookies are accepted, this may result in the limitation of service functions within ZANGZE.
If user has approved cookie use, ZANGZE stores the data saved in cookies on hard disk, and the information are re-called during further use. ZANGZE uses so called one-pixel images for ZANGZE cookies access within your network.
Advertising partners of ZANGZE do not have right to use information from the cookies set by ZANGZE. Advertising partners may put their own cookies on hard disk. ZANGZE does not have any legal liability for such cookies.
ZANGZE ensures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, fraud, or destruction. Data on application form are therefore protected with password. In some especially sensitive fields ZANGZE uses SSL coding technique during data transfer. With the aim of data securing, one temporary copy of saved data is made to prevent from their losses due to computer malfunction or service error.
ZANGZE shall adjust this data security statement to possible relevant future modifications when applying personal data. Modified versions of this statement may be seen if last version is clicked.
